Key Project Management has been selected by Smith Anderson Law firm to manage their 92,000 restach renovation in their existing offices in the Wachovia building in downtown Raleigh. The project will be accomplished in 5 phases with each floor moving to temporary space within the building while renovation takes place. Amy Luciani would like to thank fellow TCREW member Nora Clark-Neilson for the valuable referral that led to KPM's successful bid for the project. The project is expected to be complete by Summer 2013.

Sheila Ahler and I successfully represented a local veterinarian in her acquisition of a veterinary practice in Wake County which was financed through the Small Business Administration at a very difficult time in the lending market. Happily, the vet is doing quite well despite the economic climate. Sheila did an amazing job and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her and her delightful client!
