- Have three years work experience in a qualifying* commercial real estate field.

- Uphold professional and ethical standards.
- The number of members in any qualifying field cannot comprise a disproportionate share of the entire membership (currently limited to 18 per field).
Membership in Triangle CREW is individual (one person per membership) and cannot be transferred or assigned.
