Membership Requirements

• Have five years work experience in a qualifying* commercial real estate field.
• Be currently involved in a substantially full-time, professional position in a qualifying field* of commercial real estate.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards.
• The number of members in any qualifying field cannot comprise a disproportionate share of the entire membership (currently limited to 20 per field).

Membership in Triangle CREW is individual (one person per membership) and cannot be transferred or assigned.
