Heather Denny Named McDonald York President

The Board of Directors have named Heather Denny the new president, becoming only the fifth in the 100 year history of the company. Having begun her career at McDonald York nearly 16 years ago straight out of NC State, she has worked her way up through various positions of leadership.

Heather Denny Honored CREW Network as One of “20 Under 40”

Conni Tucker, president of Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (www.trianglecrew.org), an organization which provides a forum for fostering relationships among commercial real estate women professionals in the Triangle market, has announced that The Commercial Real Estate (CREW) Network lauded 20 Under 40 women from throughout the commercial real estate industry as part of its 20th anniversary celebration. The awards, unveiled on October 1st, during the organization’s 2009 CREW Network Convention & Marketplace in Boston, honored women age 39 or younger working within a qualified area of the industry and considered a “woman to watch” and likely to be an influential leader in the industry.
